My Game Has Stopped Working
- Reboot the device and open the game again.
- If you continue to have a problem, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will address the issue.
I Have a New Device. Can I Restore Purchases?
- Open the Super Mad Cow Game.
- Once you open Super Mad Cow, go to settings → restore purchases.
- Purchases are restored automatically on all Android devices. If they do not restore after you have installed and launched the app (and waited a few minutes), then make sure your device is connected to the internet and your Google Play account is properly logged in on the device.
- Note: Characters that you won from the claw will not be restored – only the characters bought through in app purchases will be restored.
Why Have the Ads Stopped Working?
If your ads stop working, first check if you are connected to the Internet. If you are connected to the Internet, and you have been playing the game and watching ads for a while, but they have stopped showing, then you may have reached your daily maximum of ads. You will be able to watch more ads after twenty-four hours.
How Can I Get the Greedy Pig?
Greedy Pig is only available as an in-app purchase.
